doughroom has it’s own heritage from ‘JUN the PASTA’, the first pop-up restaurant in Korea successfully done by Chef Jun Lee. JTP was a frontier of American style fresh pasta among many characterless other pasta restaurant since 2012. Now JTP evolved as doughroom and this one never ends.
