Foods is as good as it’s own flavor and taste but it’s always even better with another flavor and taste that complementing each other.
For this episode, we focused on ‘Combination’ not only with wines but with another foods. So each course is served with two independent dishes that working together as marriage from wine pairing.

Unlike pairing with wine that has similar base with very sophisticate difference in aroma , foods can be vary different with it’s base and it’s derivative flavor and taste, and it was a main obstacle during designing this episode.
We ended up with two different dishes that each has very distinctive main ingredient that complementing other dish’s main ingredient, so they looked like a dynamic duo equally standing side by side.

As so, this episode serves two dishes at each course. please enjoy double combination of two dishes or even triple combination with wine pairing.
