Chef Jun Lee has traveled around 5 different countries for last a year. He has tasted and experienced foods and cultures and realized that philosophy is what makes restaurants special rather than just good taste.

So, as philosophy of SOIGNÉ, delivering a new story through out Seoul style foods, we decided to deliver 13 course menu that each course is inspired by each restaurant where chef Lee has excited most.
